Reception Hours Monday - 8.00am - 1.00pm 1.30pm - 6.30pm
Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri - 8.00am - 6.30pm. In an emergency

The telephone system operates a queuing system. Your call
will be answered by an auto-attendant and you will be asked to
choose one of the 4 following options:-
- Home visits or emergencies
- Appointments
- Results & general enquiries
- Prescriptions
or if you do not have a button keypad on your telephone you
can hold the line and a receptionist will answer your call.
Please note that we can take telephone requests for
prescriptions between 1.30pm and 4.30pm. results and general
enquiries can be obtained between 10.30am -1.00pm and 1.30pm -
6.30pm. This enables us to deal with the demand for appointments
at 8.00am, our busiest time.
Confidentiality
The doctors and nursing staff have access to patients'
records for clinical purposes. Any other staff ember has access
on a "need to know" basis only. Patient confidentiality is of
paramount importance to us. Any information requested by third
parties cannot be given without your consent.
Young people may be seen on their own if they wish. We will
try at all times to respect their confidentiality. The records
will not be available to anyone else unless there are
exceptional circumstances which would be discussed with the
young person prior to any disclosure.
Most of our patient information is stored electronically but
we would like to assure you that it is subject to the same
confidentiality as the written notes. We hope the services we
